Refund / Balance Policy

This Refund / Balance Policy explains how Neofollower handles account funding, order issues, refunds, credits, and disputes for all services available through our website and panel (the “Services”).
By adding funds, placing an order, or using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
1) Digital Services and Finality of Funding
Neofollower provides digital services. By adding funds to your account or making payment, you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing access to digital services and/or account balance for use within Neofollower;
- Processing of digital services may begin shortly after order placement;
- Service outcomes and delivery timing may vary;
- Funds added to your Neofollower account are generally intended for use within the platform.
2) Account Balance Policy (Core Rule)
A. Funds Added to Account
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly approved by Neofollower, funds added to your account are non-refundable to the original payment method.
B. Balance Use
Account balance can be used to place orders within Neofollower for available services.
C. No Cash Value
Promotional credits, bonus balance, free credits, or manually granted goodwill credits:
- have no cash value,
- are not withdrawable,
- and may be revoked if misuse or abuse is detected.
3) Refund Method (When Refund/Credit Is Approved)
If Neofollower approves a refund for an order issue, failed service, or billing error, the default refund method is:
- Neofollower account balance (credit)
Neofollower may choose another method only at its sole discretion.
4) Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds (including balance credits) may be denied in situations including, but not limited to:
- Order was placed with incorrect link/username/order details provided by the user
- The content/account/page was private, restricted, removed, changed, or unavailable during processing
- The user changed username, link, post, page settings, or account visibility during processing
- The user placed duplicate/conflicting orders that affected delivery
- The user ordered the wrong service by mistake
- Dissatisfaction based only on personal expectation where the service was delivered as described
- Delays caused by queue, third-party platform behavior, updates, or technical factors outside our control
- Delivery fluctuations or drops where no refill/warranty was included
- Abuse of support, repeated false claims, or manipulative refund requests
5) Failed Orders, Partial Delivery, and Stuck Orders
Neofollower may review and resolve eligible order issues in one of the following ways (at our discretion):
- Refill / restart
- Replacement / correction
- Partial credit (for undelivered portion)
- Full credit (if no meaningful delivery occurred)
- No action (if order was delivered correctly or issue is not eligible)
If an order is partially delivered, any approved adjustment will usually be based on the undelivered portion only, not the full order amount.
6) Refill / Warranty (If Included)
Some services may include a refill, replacement, or warranty period, as shown in the service description.
If a refill/warranty is explicitly stated, Neofollower may provide refill/replacement within that period according to the service conditions.
If a refill/warranty is not explicitly stated, then no refill/warranty is included.
Refill/warranty may be denied if the account/content/link is changed, deleted, hidden, restricted, or otherwise made ineligible.
Neofollower reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies for refill, replacement, credit, or no action.
7) Order Cancellations
A. Before Start
An order may be canceled and credited to account balance if it has not started and cancellation is technically possible.
B. After Start
Once an order has started, entered processing queue, or been forwarded for fulfillment, it may no longer be cancelable.
Cancellation requests are handled at Neofollower’s discretion.
8) Billing Errors and Duplicate Payments
If you believe there was a billing error or duplicate payment, you must contact support as soon as possible with relevant proof (such as transaction reference, date, amount, and account email).
If Neofollower confirms a duplicate charge or verified billing error, the adjustment will usually be issued as:
- account balance credit, or
- another method chosen by Neofollower at its discretion.
9) Chargebacks, Payment Reversals, and Unauthorized Disputes
To resolve issues, users must contact support first before initiating any external dispute or payment reversal.
Any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination:
- Chargeback
- Payment reversal
- Unauthorized dispute
- Fraud claim made without first attempting support resolution
- Use of stolen or unauthorized payment sources
If a chargeback or reversal occurs, Neofollower may:
- suspend or permanently ban the account,
- remove promotional/bonus credits,
- reverse delivered balance where possible,
- reject future payments or orders,
- and retain evidence related to the transaction and account activity for fraud prevention and dispute response.
10) Time Limit for Claims
Users should report order issues or billing problems within a reasonable time after the issue is visible.
Neofollower may deny claims that are submitted excessively late, especially where records, logs, or service verification are no longer reasonably available.
(If you want a fixed rule, you can later add specific windows for each service type.)
11) Abuse, Fraud, and Policy Misuse
Neofollower may deny refunds/credits and restrict or terminate accounts involved in:
- Fraud or suspected fraud
- Repeated abusive refund requests
- False non-delivery claims
- Manipulation of order conditions to force refunds
- Harassment or threats toward support
- Any misuse of this Policy or the platform
12) Service Availability and Pricing Changes
Service prices, refill terms, availability, and conditions may change at any time without notice.
Orders are handled according to the service terms and conditions shown at the time of order placement (subject to technical limitations, platform changes, and fraud/security review).
13) Policy Updates
Neofollower may update this Refund / Balance Policy at any time by posting the revised version on the website.
The updated version becomes effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Policy.
