This guide explains the main parts of the Neofollower dashboard so new users can understand where to add funds, find services, track orders, contact support, and use the API.

Quick Answer

The Neofollower dashboard is where you manage everything: your balance, services, new orders, order history, support tickets, and API access. If you are new, the most important pages are Add Funds, Services or New Order, Orders, and Support Tickets.

Balance

Your balance is the amount available in your Neofollower account for placing orders. When you submit an order, the cost is deducted from your balance. If an order is canceled, failed, or partially completed, the eligible amount is usually returned to your Neofollower balance according to the service and policy rules.

If your balance does not update after a payment, check the payment status first. Some payment methods can take time to confirm. If you paid successfully but the balance is still missing, contact support with payment proof.

Services or New Order Page

The services or New Order page is where you choose the service you want to buy. Services are usually grouped by platform and service type, such as Instagram followers, TikTok views, YouTube subscribers, Telegram members, or website traffic.

Before ordering, always read the service name and description. The description can include important rules such as link format, minimum quantity, maximum quantity, average start time, delivery speed, refill availability, and special restrictions.

Orders Page

The Orders page shows your order history and current order statuses. This is where you can check if an order is pending, processing, in progress, completed, partial, canceled, or refunded.

  • Use the order ID when contacting support about a specific order.
  • Check the order status before opening a ticket.
  • Do not place repeated orders on the same link before understanding the status of the first order.
  • If the order is completed but results are missing, check the target link and platform count before reporting.

Support Tickets

Support tickets are used when you need help with an order, payment, balance, API issue, or account problem. A good ticket includes the order ID or payment proof, the target link, what you expected, what happened, and any screenshot that helps explain the issue.

Opening duplicate tickets for the same issue can slow the process because support has to review the same case multiple times. It is usually better to reply to your existing ticket.

API Page

The API page is mainly for resellers, developers, or advanced users who want to connect their own website, tool, or system to Neofollower. If you are only placing orders manually, you may not need the API.

Your API key should be treated like a password. Do not publish it, share it in public screenshots, or give it to people you do not trust.

Recommended Dashboard Flow for New Users

  1. Add funds to your account.
  2. Open the services or New Order page.
  3. Choose a service and read the description.
  4. Enter the correct link, username, or required target.
  5. Submit a small test order first.
  6. Track the order from the Orders page.
  7. Contact support only if the order has a real issue or payment has not been added.
