Why Is My Order Pending or Not Started Yet?

Quick answer: Your order may still be pending because of start time, service load, platform delays, or link/account issues. Check the service description and link before opening a ticket.

A pending or not-started order means the order has been created but delivery has not visibly begun yet. This is one of the most common situations in SMM services and does not always mean the order is broken.

Common Reasons an Order Has Not Started

  • The service has a longer start time than you expected.
  • The platform is updating slowly or checking the content.
  • The link is valid but the system has not picked up the order yet.
  • The selected service has temporary high demand.
  • The account, post, channel, or video is private or restricted.
  • The quantity is outside the normal safe range for that service.
  • The service is temporarily slower than usual.

What You Should Check First

  1. Open the order and copy the exact Order ID.
  2. Read the service description again and check the expected start time.
  3. Open the link in a private/incognito browser window to make sure it is public.
  4. Confirm the post, profile, video, channel, or group still exists.
  5. Make sure you did not change the username, delete the content, or make the account private.
  6. Do not place another order on the same link while the first one is pending.

When Waiting Is Normal

Waiting is normal when the service description says the start time can take several hours, when the order was placed recently, when the platform count has not updated yet, or when the order is for a slower service such as targeted, premium, refill, watch time, website traffic, or some platform-specific services.

When You Should Open a Ticket

Open a support ticket only when the order is clearly beyond the expected start time, the link is public and correct, there are no duplicate orders on the same link, and the order has not moved for longer than the service description allows.

Support Ticket Template

Hello, my order has not started yet. Order ID: [add order ID]. Service: [service name]. Link: [add link]. The link is public and the order is already beyond the expected start time. Please check it.
