Order Statuses Explained: Pending, Processing, In Progress, Completed, Partial, Canceled, and Refunded

Quick answer: This guide explains the main Neofollower order statuses and what each one means, so you know when to wait and when to contact support.

Every Neofollower order has a status. The status tells you where the order is in the delivery process, but it does not always mean there is a problem. Many orders move through several statuses before they finish.

StatusWhat it usually meansWhat you should do
PendingYour order was received and is waiting to be picked up or started.Wait for the normal start time shown in the service description.
ProcessingThe system or provider has accepted the order and is preparing delivery.Do not reorder on the same link. Wait unless the order is far beyond the expected time.
In ProgressDelivery has started or the order is actively running.Keep the link public and do not delete the post or change the username.
CompletedThe order has been marked finished by the system or provider.Check the link, platform count, and analytics. If results are missing, collect evidence before contacting support.
PartialOnly part of the order was delivered. The undelivered amount is normally returned to balance.Check your balance and avoid placing overlapping orders until the first issue is clear.
CanceledThe order could not be processed or was stopped before delivery.Check the reason if available. Balance is usually returned when the order is canceled.
RefundedThe order amount, or the undelivered part, was returned to your Neofollower balance.Check your balance history before opening a payment ticket.
ErrorThe order had a technical issue, invalid input, or service-side issue.Review the link, quantity, service rules, and contact support if the balance was not returned.

Important Notes

  • A status can change automatically when the system receives updates from the service.
  • Completed does not always mean the social platform has updated public numbers instantly.
  • Partial does not always mean failure. It usually means the service delivered what it could and returned the rest.
  • Canceled and refunded orders usually return funds to your Neofollower balance, not always to the original payment method.
  • Do not place another order on the same link while the first order is still pending, processing, or in progress.

When You Should Contact Support

Contact support if the order is far beyond the service’s expected start time, the order is completed but the result is clearly missing, your balance was not returned after a canceled or partial order, or the order status looks incorrect for a long time.

What Support Needs

  • Order ID
  • Service name or service ID if available
  • The link or username used in the order
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots only when they clearly show the problem

Common Questions

Should I open a ticket when my order is pending?

Not immediately. First check the service start time. Some services start quickly, while others need more time.

Does completed always mean the exact number is visible?

Not always. Some platforms update public counts and analytics slowly.

Does partial mean I lost money?

Usually no. The undelivered amount is normally returned to your Neofollower balance.

Can support force an order to complete faster?

Support can check the order, but delivery speed depends on the selected service and platform conditions.
